Do Cue Credits expire?
No. Purchased Cue Credits remain available until you use them, subject to the account and service terms.
Do I spend credits while creating?
No. Creating drafts, editing, previewing and using the available creation tools does not spend Cue Credits simply because you are working on a project.
What happens if an export fails?
CueBlend should only charge credits for a completed additional export. If an export fails before completion, the credits for that attempt should not be permanently used.
Why does the 100 credit pack cost only £1 more than 60 credits?
The larger pack gives regular CueBlend users better value when they know they will use more exports over time.
Do I need a subscription?
No. CueBlend uses optional credit packs rather than requiring a monthly subscription.
Can prices change?
