What is CueBlend?

CueBlend is a content creation app that helps you turn videos, photos, recordings and ideas into social media content without having to start from scratch every time.

Is CueBlend free?

CueBlend offers a free version. The free version may include advertising and some usage limits.

Paid CueBlend plans may remove advertising and provide additional features or higher usage allowances.

How do I manage my subscription?

If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription is managed through the store where you purchased it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased it.

Deleting the CueBlend app or your CueBlend account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstall CueBlend or move to another compatible device, use the Restore Purchases option inside CueBlend where available.

Make sure you're signed into the same Apple or Google account that was used to make the original purchase.

How do I delete my CueBlend account?

You can request deletion from within CueBlend or through our account deletion page.

Does CueBlend upload all of my photos?

No. Giving CueBlend access to your photo library does not mean your entire library is automatically uploaded.

CueBlend only accesses or processes media required for features that you choose to use.

Where are my drafts and projects stored?

CueBlend may store projects, drafts and generated content locally on your device.

Some features may temporarily send media or text to secure servers or specialist processing services where this is necessary to perform the feature you requested.

Why did CueBlend transcribe something incorrectly?

Speech recognition and automated text extraction are not always perfect. Background noise, accents, unclear speech and text quality can affect results.

Always review generated or transcribed content before publishing.

Can CueBlend rewrite my content?

CueBlend may provide AI-assisted tools that help rewrite or adapt content. Where different processing options are available, you can choose the option that best suits what you are creating.

How does TikTok connection work?

CueBlend may allow you to connect your TikTok account using TikTok's authorised login and developer systems.

Connecting TikTok is optional.

How do I disconnect TikTok?

You can disconnect TikTok from within CueBlend where that option is available, or revoke CueBlend's access through your TikTok account settings.

Why didn't my TikTok post publish?

Publishing can fail because of internet connection problems, TikTok service issues, expired authorisation, content restrictions or changes to TikTok's systems.

Try reconnecting TikTok and checking your internet connection. If the problem continues, contact CueBlend Support.

Does CueBlend guarantee views or followers?

No. CueBlend helps you create content, but we cannot guarantee views, followers, engagement, sales or how another platform will distribute your content.
