Delete Your CueBlend Account & Data

CueBlend is operated by Pittance Ltd.

You can request deletion of your CueBlend account and associated personal data at any time.

What to include in your request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your CueBlend account where possible.

Include the email address used for your CueBlend account so that we can identify the correct account.

We may contact you to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. This is to help prevent another person from deleting your account without your permission.

What happens when your account is deleted

When your account deletion request has been verified and processed, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with your CueBlend account where it is no longer required.

This may include:

• Your CueBlend account information
• Your email address and account identifiers
• Stored authentication information associated with your account
• Stored TikTok connection or authentication information associated with your CueBlend account
• Server-side user data that is no longer required
• Other personal information directly associated with your CueBlend account

Content stored on your device

CueBlend may store projects, drafts, images, videos, generated slides and other content locally on your device.

Account deletion may not automatically remove files that are stored only on your device.

You can remove locally stored CueBlend content by deleting the relevant projects within CueBlend, clearing the application's data where your device supports this, or uninstalling CueBlend.

Temporary processing data

Some media or information may be temporarily uploaded for features such as transcription, OCR, artificial intelligence processing, content generation or publishing.

Temporary processing data is intended to be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and is not intended to operate as a permanent cloud media library unless a feature expressly states otherwise.

Information we may retain

Some limited information may be retained after account deletion where this is reasonably necessary or legally required.

This may include information required for:

• Accounting and financial record keeping
• Subscription and transaction records
• Fraud prevention and service security
• Resolving disputes
• Responding to legal obligations
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims
• Limited backup records until normal backup systems overwrite or expire them

Any information retained for these purposes will not be kept longer than reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

TikTok and other external services

Deleting your CueBlend account does not automatically delete content that you have already published to TikTok or another external platform.

Content already transferred to an external service is controlled by that service and must be managed through the relevant platform.

If your TikTok account is connected to CueBlend, deleting your CueBlend account will remove CueBlend-side connection information where it is no longer required.

Subscriptions

If you have an active CueBlend subscription, you should cancel it through the store where you purchased it.

On Android, subscriptions are managed through Google Play. On iPhone or iPad, subscriptions are managed through your Apple account.

Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any subscription period already purchased.

Where available, you can also request account deletion from within the CueBlend application.

The web-based deletion method on this page is available so that you can request deletion even if you no longer have CueBlend installed.
